The rate of mobile uptake in Africa is astounding with an increasing amount of people owning multiple mobile devices. Mobile technology has emerged as the preferred and sometimes, only way to ‘connect’ on the continent.
It is this upward trend that has inspired VLA to embrace mobile technology as a means to unlocking opportunities to create equal access to high quality education in Africa.
